Awareness Programme On The Kavalar Udhavi App

The NSS Unit of GRT College of Nursing conducted an awareness programme on the Kavalar Udhavi App on 06.02.2026 for IV Year Semester and ANM I & II Year students. Mrs. Malar, Inspector of Police, Tiruttani Ladies Police Station, explained the importance of the app for women’s safety and demonstrated its installation and emergency features. Mrs. Radha, Social Worker from the Tiruvallur Collectorate Office, briefed students on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. An interactive session clarified doubts, enhancing safety awareness and legal knowledge among students.
