Achieving Problem And Solution Fit

The IIC Unit of GRT College of Nursing organized a session on “Achieving Problem and Solution Fit” on 03.02.2026 for B.Sc. (N) IV Year students. The resource person, Darwin Nesakumar, Innovation Ambassador from RMK College of Engineering, highlighted the need to identify and validate real-world problems before designing solutions. He stressed that meaningful innovation in healthcare begins with clear problem understanding. Students were encouraged to observe challenges during clinical and community postings and propose feasible, impactful ideas. The interactive session promoted critical thinking, active participation, and an innovative mindset. The program effectively motivated students to apply structured problem-solving approaches in professional nursing practice.
