A comprehensive training session on the ISO 21001:2018 – Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) was organized for all faculty members of GRT College of Nursing on 09.12.2025. The session included teaching faculty, non-teaching staff, and administrative personnel, emphasizing a unified institutional approach toward quality education and management practices.
The resource person for the session, Mr. Kalaiselvan, delivered an insightful and practical presentation on the principles, requirements, and implementation strategies of ISO 21001:2018. He elaborated on the significance of adopting a structured management system to enhance educational quality, learner satisfaction, and institutional credibility.
