Sports events for the Academic year 2024 – 2025 were scheduled from 24.02.2025 to 25.02.2025. The participants’ name list was collected from each house captains.

DAY – 1 (24.02.2025)

I. OUTDOOR GAMES:

1. Running 100 mts:

On day – 1 (24.02.2025),Participants from each house 5 persons is gathered in the GRT Ground for the Running event. The First place secured by Ms. Dhanalakshmi.K, (N) IV Yrfrom Green House, Second place secured by Ms. Chaithra Ashok (N) III yr from Red House andThird place secured by Ms. Pushparani.D, (N) III yr from Yellow House.

2. Throw Ball:

On day – 1 (24.02.2025), throw ball event started at GRT Ground. Lots were taken by all 4 house captains. Matches were fixed as follows: Red vs. Blue&Yellow vs. Green. First match was fixed between Red vs. Blue, toss won by Red house & asked for service. 25 points were fixed; continuously 2 games were won by red house. Second match was started Blue & Yellow House; toss won by yellow house & asked service. 25 points were fixed, as same continuously 2 games were won by yellow house. Final match was conducted between Blue vs. yellow House. Toss won by Blue house & asked for service. 25 points were fixed, Blue house won the match.

Result of Throw Ball: Winner is Blue House & Runner is Yellow House.

3. Shot put:

On day – 1 (24.02.2025), the name list for the Shot put was collected from each house captains, 5 persons from each house are allowed. The first place secured by Ms.Sadhana, B.Sc (N) II Yr from Blue house with the distance of 7.58 mts, second place secured by Ms.Dhavamani.P, B.Sc (N) IV yr from BlueHouse with the distance of 6.93 mts, andthird place secured by Ms.Aishwarya.A, B.Sc (N) I yr from Red House with the distance of 6.55 mts.

4. Javelin Throw:

On day – 1 (24.02.2025), the name list for the Javelin Throw was collected from each house captains, 5 persons from each house are allowed. The first place secured by Ms. Hemasree.K.M, B.Sc (N) III yr from Blue House with the distance of 14.98 meter, second place secured by Ms.Dhanusree. B, B.Sc (N) IV yr from Blue House, with the distance of 13.75 meter andThird place’s secured by Ms.chaithra Ashok,B.Sc (N) III yrfrom BlueHouse with the distance of 13.47 meters.

5. Discus Throw:

On day – 1(24.02.2025) the name list for the Discus Throw were collected from each house captains, 5 persons from each house are allowed. The First place secured by Ms.Sadhana,B.Sc (N) II yr from BlueHouse with the distance of 16.79 meter, Second place secured by Ms. Dhanusree. B, B.Sc (N) IV Yr from Blue House, with the distance of 16.50 meter and Third place’swere secured byMs.Vinitha .G, ANM I Yr from Green house &Ms.Divyamurugan, B.Sc (N) III yr from Yellow House with the distance of 13.85 meter.

6. Tennikoit (Doubles):

On Day – 1 (24.02.2025) – Tennikoit (Doubles) started at GRT Ground. Matches were fixed as follows: Bluevs. Green&Red vs.yellow. First match was fixed between Blue vs. Green toss won by Greenhouse & asked for service. 21 points were fixed, in that Bluehouse has won the match. Second match was started with Red vs. Yellow house; toss won by yellow house& asked for service. 21were fixed, in that Yellowhouse has won the match.Final match was conducted for Yellow vs.Blue house. Toss won by Yellowhouse & asked for service. 21 matches were fixed,Yellowhouse won the match.

1. Chess:

On day – 1 (24.02.2025) Chess started in the Afternoon at GRT CON Nutrition lab. Matches were fixed as follows: Yellow vs. Red&Green vs. Blue. First match was fixed between YellowHouse vs. Red House, in that Yellow house won the game. Second match was fixed between Green House vs. Blue House, in that Green house won the match. Final match was conducted for Green house vs. Yellow house. Green house won the Game.

Result of Chess:

On day – 2 (25.02.2025) Kho-Kho game was started at GRT Ground. Matches were fixed as follows: Yellow vs. Red&Green vs. Blue.TheFirst match was fixed between Yellow vs. Red, toss won by Yellow house & asked for chasing. Match won by Yellow house. Second match was fixed betweenGreen vs. Blue, toss won by Blue& asked for chasing. Match won by Blue house. Final match fixed between Blue vs. Yellow house. Toss won by Blue house&asked for chasing, match won by Blue house.
