Placement Training Program

The NDLI Club organized a Career Guidance Programme on 13.02.2026 at the IV Year classroom, GRT College of Nursing, for B.Sc. (N) IV Year Non-Semester students. The programme began with a welcome address by Mrs. Maria Patrick, Admin Manager, Dhivya Fertility Centre. Ms. Tamil Selvi, Senior Staff Nurse, explained the theme of the session and detailed the hospital’s vision and mission. Hospital rules, duty timings, responsibilities, salary package, and career growth opportunities were discussed. The session was interactive, allowing students to clarify doubts. Individual interviews assessed students’ knowledge and communication skills, and suitable candidates were shortlisted. The programme concluded with positive feedback from participants.
