3rd Alumnae Report

The GRTCON 3rd Alumni Meet was conducted on 8th of June 2023. The Alumni meet was started after the Graduation Ceremony and a graceful welcome dance was given by the Students. The session was started with a Welcome address by Prof.Chitra.A.I,Vice Principal. The occasion was graced by more than 117 Alumni and their family.  Dr. Angel Shalini.W, Associate Professor presented the Alumni report where she underlined and praised the achievements of Alumni in all spheres of life. Dr.Padmavathi.R, Principal, GRTCON addressed the Alumni about the milestones achieved in the institution in Comparison with the time of establishment where there is a magnificent change escalated in terms of infrastructure and the quality of education. The Chief Guest Mr.Steve Danny, addressed the gathering where he appreciated the spirit and the ideals of love and service imbibed can be a motivating force which to be permeated in all activities of the students even after they leave the institution. The association thus serves as a connecting link fostering friendship and fellowship among all its alumni.The session was followed by cultural program by the students. Alumni has expressed in their speech specifying the infrastructure as there is an incredible change compared to the present ambient buildings with good facilities. Great bonhomie was observed everywhere with old students revealing their old memories with their batch mates, seniors and juniors. Many of the current students were also seen interacting with their passed out seniors and learning from their experiences. In all, the ambience was electric with people seen chatting and dancing in groups. The Program came to an end with Vote of thanks by the Alumni Mrs.Kamali.S and a special lunch was arranged for both the Alumni and their Parents.

New Alumnae Association office bearers were selected as follows – Dr.Padmavathi.R, Alumnae President, Ms.Nithya.G Vice-President, Ms.Swathy.N.M, Secretary, Ms.Priyanka.B, Treasurer.
