Germany Nursing Pathways

A seminar on “Interview Preparation and Facilities for Nurses in Germany” was conducted on 12.02.2026 via Microsoft Teams for 13 final-year B.Sc.(N) students. The resource persons, Mr. Manuel Zarl and Ms. Flavia Magee Bahl from Talent and Care Fachkräfte-Recruitment GmbH, shared practical guidance on interview preparation, documentation, and professional expectations in Germany. The session was facilitated by Ms. Srishti of Leo & Sagittarius Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Students gained clarity on family residency options, health insurance, visa procedures for dependents, and exclusive facilities available to nurses in Germany, enhancing their international career readiness.
