Batch 1 Training Activity (Batch Code: B2025/006/4705-4856)

Training Period: 03.11.2025 to 31.12.2025

The Vetri Nichayam Project training programme commenced for Batch 1 with 29 students. The programme focused on enhancing employability skills, healthcare competencies, professional communication, workplace ethics, patient care practices, and job readiness skills among healthcare students.

The training sessions were conducted through classroom teaching, demonstrations, interactive discussions, practical activities, audiovisual presentations, case scenarios, group activities, and skill-based learning exercises.

Attendance of students was monitored daily through the Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS). Students were informed regarding the mandatory attendance requirement of 70% for eligibility to appear for the final examination and certification.

Throughout the training period, students actively participated in classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, communication exercises, professional development activities, and healthcare skill enhancement programmes.

Examination Activity:

The written examination and viva-voce for Batch 1 (Batch Code: B2025/006/4705-4856) were conducted successfully on 31.01.2026. Students who fulfilled the attendance requirements appeared for the examination. The examination assessed theoretical knowledge, practical understanding, communication skills, and professional competencies gained during the training programme.

 

Batch 2 Training Activity (Batch Code: B2025/006/4705-4897)

Training Period: 03.11.2025 to 31.12.2025

Batch 2 consisted of 29 students enrolled under the Vetri Nichayam Project. The training programme was conducted systematically through classroom-based teaching and practical learning methods.

Various educational strategies such as lectures, PowerPoint presentations, demonstrations, group discussions, role plays, communication activities, and skill-building exercises were utilized to improve students’ knowledge and professional competencies.

Students were encouraged to participate actively in all learning activities. Continuous assessment, interaction, and guidance were provided throughout the programme. Attendance was maintained through the AEBAS biometric system.
